Culinary Demonstrations
Take your seats in our Culinary Theatre for an informative, entertaining, and deliciously unique evening with our Culinary Team and Wine Ambassadors. While they live-action prep, serve, and pour your four-course dinner paired with our award-winning wines, they share their knowledge of seasonal ingredients and helpful wine pairing techniques.

Wine Paired Dining
Enjoy a vineyard-to-table multi-course meal. Your plates, consisting of locally-grown, harvested, and foraged foods, are carefully paired with a current or library vintage. Lunch and dinner menus include 4- and 5-course options, showcasing seasonal ingredients.

Sip & Mingle Receptions
Augment your event with a reception for your guests. Passed canapés are tastefully paired with wine in one of our nine venues. The venues all feature an elegant ambiance for your guests to socialize within. Choose to enhance your reception with chef-attended stations throughout.

Virtual Tastings & Corporate Gifting
Offer your guests an immersive virtual experience. Provided with their own set of wines and tasting notes, your guests are led virtually through a tasting experience by one of our expert Wine Ambassadors.
